1. Tell us what you need help with and who the enquiry is for.
2. Prepare documents, if available:
   — medical reports and discharge summaries;
   — laboratory and examination results;
   — CT / MRI images and files;
   — details of previous treatment;
   — a list of medicines and known allergies.
3. Tell us whether someone will accompany you.
4. Agree on a private channel for documents with the coordinator.

BEFORE TRAVEL, CLARIFY
— Whether an Artemis specialist can review your case.
— The clinic’s preliminary plan, timing and estimate.
— What is included and which expenses are separate.
— Invitation, visa and entry documents.
— Flights, accommodation, airport pickup and transfers.
— Contact details and scope of Russian-speaking support.
— Contact during treatment and follow-up after discharge.
